HR Technology Trends You Should be Following



I don't know about you but I find the most challenging trend to stay up on within our HR space is technology. How many cold calls, email blasts and webinar invites do you get DAILY with the latest tech tool/system/platform?! There are too many to count and it seems every time I show remote interest the most basic "entry" level package is an easy $10K. 

That being said Technology is not something to shy away from, we are well aware it is the future of our industry so lets take a closer look. Talent Culture's latests article outlines 3 Tech Trends we should be watching and here they are:

1. Better People Analytics - According to Paychex 86% of HR leaders say analytics allow them to be more informed and objective

2. Employee Self Service - According to Paychex 73% of employees expect a high level of self-service so they can complete an assortment of HR tasks on their own

3. Social Collaboration Tools - Recent Gallup research reveals that companies with highly engaged workforces outperform their peers by 147%
